Our ministry in Los Banos: Assistance to the elderly

The Sisters carry out this noble mission of helping the elderly person to love this fruitful stage of life, in an attitude of trust and surrender into the hands of God. They promote quality of life of the elderly and treat them with tenderness and benevolence, as if they were their own parents.
Maria Clara of the Child Jesus Convent has a facility which cares for the elderly: Residential Care and Skilled Nursing. The sisters are also involved in the parish ministries like teaching catechism, Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, distributing communion to the sick in the hospital and home bound.
